Responsibilities:

• Partnering with recruiting team to determine staffing needs and recruitment strategy in a very fast paced, success oriented environment
• Sourcing candidates through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and job boards
• Performing phone/Zoom interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference checks
• Coordinating and managing the interview process
• Maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure positive experience
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Using ATS to track activity

Skills:

• Proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) or experience in a commission selling environment
• Solid ability to conduct interviews through behavior based questioning
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
• Ability to think outside the box in order to fill positions quickly
• High comfort with cold calling to source candidates in an ever changing environment within a variety of industries
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• High EQ
• Strong decision-making skills
• Team player
