Pivotal Healthcare Hiring for PT Patient Services Coordinator at Middleton, WI Full Time

Pivotal Health is an innovative healthcare company delivering convenient, high-quality urgent care, primary care, and mental healthcare for consumers when and where they need it. Currently consumers in the Madison area or Northeast Wisconsin can schedule a clinician house call by calling our toll-free number or by using the Pivotal Health mobile application. Then, an advanced practice provider from Pivotal Health provides care in the comfort of their home, office, or other location of need. Pivotal Health is looking for part-time Patient Service Coordinators for evening and weekend shifts.

As a key voice of the company to our patients, our Patient Service Coordinators should always strive to create a tone that is friendly, compassionate, consumer friendly, and extremely helpful. The Coordinator will receive patient calls, schedule house call visits, prep patient charts, and coordinate and support Pivotal Health clinicians.

Location:

This position can be remote or in Pivotal Health’s headquarters in Middleton, WI. Some evening and weekend hours are required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A high school degree is required. An associate’s degree or some college experience is a plus.
• Retail, customer service, or customer relations experience is a plus.
• Healthcare and electronic medical records software experience is a big plus.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to work or learn to work in an electronic medical record system. Knowledge of the Athena EMR is a plus.
• Understand and follow rules and Pivotal Health’s process regarding clinical triage (what can be said and what can’t be said)
• Ability to work both independently, as well as collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours
• Ability to attend in-person training in our Middleton office, position can be 100% remote after that point
• Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a patient-focused environment
