Technology. The PTC college experience is empowering and culminates
in internships and clinical rotations for on-campus, degree-seeking

Purpose of Job

To teach nutrition coursework in PTC School of Nursing and to
provide training and student support to produce graduates who meet
entry-level employment criteria in the field of nursing.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field
Must be licensed to practice dietetics – nutrition in the state of
PA.
State Teaching Certification not required

Experience Requirements

Minimum of two years related work experience (preferably in a
medical setting).
Preference is given for prior teaching experience.

Responsibilities

Teach nutrition coursework to PTC students, including preparing for
and grading student work
Support students in their education
Prepare students for entry-level employment in the field of
nursing
