Job Description:

You are:

A Dynamic and Innovative Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced Enterprise environment. You are excited about the opportunity to partner with our Corporate teams in sourcing talent to drive revenue growth.

This position can be remote, preferably commutable to Stamford or Shelton, CT.

You will:

• Identify how changes in business strategy impact talent planning needs and align a winning sourcing strategy
• Analyze competitive data in understanding talent supply and demand for critical skills
• Draw insights and educate hiring managers on trends in the labor market to inform better hiring decisions
• Advise and update business leaders as needed
• Know the best sourcing channels and messages to reach different candidate segments, engage and secure top talent
• Drive a positive candidate experience and be a brand ambassador
• Identify the top-performing employees to drive Internal Mobility
• Meet business aligned goals including time-to-fill; diverse candidate slates; quality of hire; and candidate pipelines

Your background:

As a Senior Talent Advisor you have:

• 8+ years’ previous experience in recruiting talent across a range of functions as a corporate in-house recruiter or in an RPO model, recruitment agency experience is an asset
• 5+ years’ experience in all components of the recruiting search process including creative candidate sourcing, diverse candidate generation and development, stakeholder management, offer/negotiation, and reporting
• Experience recruiting for Finance (Accounting/FP&A/Tax/Audit), Marketing (Product Marketing/Communications), Legal (General Counsel), and Human Resource (HR Generalist, HR Business Partner) areas would be extremely advantageous
• Proven ability to consult, influence and build effective partnerships with business leaders and external partners
• Excellent working knowledge of direct sourcing strategies; candidate assessment; as well as innovative recruiting concepts and recruiting for nationwide and remote roles
• Extensive knowledge of a range of recruiting tools including an applicant tracking system (ideally Workday), CRM (ideally Phenom) and people analytics (ideally Visier), LinkedIn Recruiter
• Are a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency who can act as a strong individual contributor, while collaborating effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to consult, influence and build effective partnerships with business leaders
• Strong sense of intellectual curiosity
• High integrity, and be passionate about attracting top talent
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws
