We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our People Operations team. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees, while promoting diverse and inclusive hiring practices.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Together with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, own the entire recruitment process and selection activities end-to-end.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes such as interviews, screening and calls.
  • Collaborate with hiring leads and teams to access the hiring needs, priorities, define recruiting channels, build effective candidate sourcing and pipelines.
  • You are responsible for the candidate experience during the searching and hiring process; helping position Pitcher as a company of choice.
  • Maintain the ATS up-to-date by updating candidate statuses, opening and closing roles, and communicating to candidates in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience covering EMEA, USA, and LATAM.
  • With exposure recruiting for Commercial and Engineering positions.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) and resume databases.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular).
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Basic knowledge of employment law within recruitment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with a diverse global team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English.

Desirable:

  • Computer Science Degree holder or with previous technical hands on experience.
  • Experience recruiting within an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience in a start-up environment
