Emeco Group are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about matching the right people to the right roles. With your key responsibility being attracting and sourcing candidates, you will work closely with the Hiring Managers and the HR Business Partner to deliver the perfect talent solution for our expanding workforce across the West Coast Business Unit

As the dedicated WA Recruiter based in Osbourne Park WA reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, talent pooling, on boarding and general candidate experience.

About the role:

• Developing and maintaining strong candidate and internal stakeholders relationships
• Posting job advertisements on external platforms (e.g. SEEK, LinkedIn, Job Boards)
• Resume screening based on skill/competence criteria
• Apply sound judgement and good decision-making skills when interview/screening candidates
• Face-to-face interviews
• Development and delivery of recruitment campaigns to meet the specific needs of hiring managers within allocated timeframes.
• Ensuring all checks, paperwork, and processes are completed smoothly for a great candidate experience.
• Manage on boarding and induction of all new starter (inlcuding booking of medicals)

About You:

You will be passionate about bringing top talent into our business and;

• Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure
• Previous recruitment experience is essential and within Mining, Heavy Machinery or Blue Collar Industries
• You are a self-motivated individual, resilient, hard-working and you thrive on achieving results
• You are solutions focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
