Pioneer Circuits, Inc Hiring for HR Generalist Full Time

Summary:

The HR Generalist plays a key role on the HR team in defining, planning, implementing and managing HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, workforce management, employee engagement and retention, learning and development, total rewards, risk management and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

• Executes day to day HR duties such as recruiting, new hire orientations, training, performance reviews, compliance, leaves of absence, investigating and resolving employee issues, exits, administrative tasks, etc.
• Designs, develops, implements and manages HR solutions and initiatives to achieve company objectives
• Organizes and maintains HR data; collects and analyzes appropriate metrics and data to provide recommendations
• Oversees various service partners and vendors to ensure that service/product is high quality and cost effective
• Works on ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum of 5 years of HR experience
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality, ethics and cultural awareness
• Detailed oriented and organized, effective problem solver, project planner and implementer
• Working knowledge of HR principles, practices and functions and applicable employment and safety laws and regulations
• Working knowledge of Office 365, HRMS systems and proven proficiency in learning new systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters, MBA or JD
• HRCI or SHRM certified
• Fluent in Spanish or Vietnamese

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
