TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

Role Overview

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior in-house recruiter to join our Lateral Recruitment team in either Sydney or Melbourne on a permanent basis.

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in the attraction and selection of candidates the effective management of the end-to-end recruitment process for Pinsent Masons across Asia Pacific. The Talent Acquisition Manager will recruit across our fee earning community as well as supporting recruitment in our legal support and business operation functions and play a key role in supporting our lateral (partner) recruitment process.

Candidate Overview

If you are the right candidate for us, you will have demonstrable experience of the following:

• A mixture of internal and agency experience, ideally from a professional services or law firm environment
• Significant track record in the successful placement of legal and business operations positions
• Experience dealing with placements up to and including Partner level assignments
• Experience across APAC with proven ability to recruit across the region
• A well-established candidate network within professional services
• A thorough knowledge of the legal market, ideally APAC, its trends and challenges
• Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
• Experience in managing graduate/clerk programs
• Experience in building and leveraging an employer brand

We envisage this role being a full time position, however, we are open to considering flexible working arrangements.
