The Talent Acquisition Partner is a highly experienced individual responsible for leading recruiting efforts for Medxcel in designated markets, while working within our Central Office – Indianapolis, IN or remotly. The position holds accountability for full cycle recruiting for a range of positions with particular expertise in recruiting for senior management and executive level roles. This person will provide consultation and recommendations based on business knowledge and strategies. The position will develop and implement creative recruiting campaigns in targeted geographic regions as well as specialty Lines of Business. The position will partner with various stakeholders to develop effective strategies that promote our company as an employer of choice and further demonstrate the company’s commitment to a Culture of Learning. The role is part of a broader team of Talent Acquisition Partners and may be called on in a variety of situations to provide support to the rest of the team. An effective approach should combine solid people judgment and the ability to measure candidates against established job requirements. Travel, including local and overnight, will be required for the position.
Responsibilities

Partner with site and department leaders as well as OD team to proactively determine talent acquisition priorities, then develop a plan that will effectively address both short term and long-term needs
*
Establish priorities and manage deadlines, all while exercising a high degree of professionalism in all interactions
*
Mentor less experienced TA Partners on best practices when it comes to sourcing, screening, and customer service
*
Work with department leadership to manage project initiatives such as employment branding, process improvements, partnerships with outside entities, etc
*
Utilize and keep Applicant Tracking System updated in real time (enter candidate notes, etc.) with a focus on data integrity, accuracy and adherence to the process
*
Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and refine job descriptions, position profiles and define the sourcing strategy
*
Execute the full recruitment cycle using behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques and methodologies
*
Work with the leadership team of the company to define success measures and set quantifiable goals for the programs
*
Research and lead career fair participation, where needed, to maximize time and money invested in the effort
*
Overnight travel will be required as well as some day travel for a variety of initiatives
Qualifications
*
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field or equivalent work background comprising 10+ years of work experience in recruiting
*
5-8 years of recruiting and sourcing for a broad range of positions
*
Experience developing innovative recruitment and sourcing methods
*
Proven experience successfully recruiting for senior management and executive level positions
*
Extraordinary communication both written and verbal presentation along with outstanding relationship building skills
*
Resourceful, creative, ability to sell the unique reasons to join the organization
*
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions with special emphasis on a well-qualified and diverse pool of candidates in a timely, cost-efficient manner
*
Strong interviewing and assessment skills

*

Understanding of federal and state employment law as it pertains to hiring and selection

Demonstrated Project Management experience within a matrixed reporting environment

Skilled in using an automated applicant tracking system (ATS) and internet resume sourcing required
*
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project or Visio)

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
