How you will contribute to PTT’s mission:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supports the Director of People Operations in all aspects of managing the daily duties including designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining human resources programs, policies, and procedures related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and other areas of HR. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a trusted resource and point of contact for all candidates and internal hiring managers. S/he is dedication to maintaining good communication and positive relationships with all levels of the organization to promote employee satisfaction and engagement.

What qualifications you will bring:

• Bachelor?s degree in human resources, business, communication and or related area, equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Must have minimum of 5+ years of strategic and high-volume full cycle recruitment experience
• Must have experience recruiting with medium ? large size organization
• Must have strong business acuity and ability to quickly identify and act on areas of improvement
• Must have a ?no task is too big, or too small? mentality

What you will do:

• Act as a strategic and ?boots on the ground? talent acquisition professional
• Create a passive candidate pipeline by identifying and nurturing passive candidates in the market
• Build, create, and implement recruiting initiatives and guides
• Engage in creating and promoting Pinnacle Transplant in across posting platforms and social media engagement efforts in partnership with our marketing team
• Plan, promote, and attend community outreach initiatives
• Responsible for staffing agency partnership
• Champion and role model of Pinnacle Transplant Values
• Passively and actively source candidates and execute on full cycle recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with managers to identify process improvement, guidance/feedback, requirements of the role, draft accurate job description and onboarding process
• Assist in scheduling interviews, attending in-person interviews, and overseeing the preparation of interviews (questions, resumes, etc.)
• Collaborate with managers, human resources, and leadership team to determine titles, salary ranges, start dates, and other crucial information
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and new hire’s questions, concerns, etc.
• Responsible for all pre-boarding and on-boarding activities for new hires through Day 1
• Serve as point of contact for all HR-related inquiries
• Maintain and update employee records
• Initiate, track, and manage all onboarding paperwork
• Will process employee departures and other applicable paperwork
• Understanding of Federal/State employment laws and knowledge of employment related and compliance legislation.
• Other duties as assigned
• May serve as back-up to other Human Resources associates in other aspects of Human Resources activities
