Pinnacle Recruitment Looking for Site Agent at East Midlands Full Time

Pinnacle are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent in the East Midlands area to work on a water framework across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of staff, reporting up and down stream, conducting and gathering paperworks and preparing presentations, as well as more site based activities.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within water and utilities and will be looking for an opportunity in which they can grow and develop. On site delivery will mainly be focused on sewage and waste water – so xperience in that area is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out supervision of workforce and subcontractors
• Ensure all site operations are carried out safely and efficiently as per corporate specifications and initiatives as outlined by the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental department.
• Assist in the planning of current on site operations, incorporating any delays into the programme of works and ensuring that all projects are monitored.
• Ensure all relevant site records and paperwork are maintained as required by the Project Manager and input into preparation of paperwork, such as Site reports and WPPs, among others.

Individual Requirements:

• Degree qualified or equivalent in Engineering
• Ability to manage staff and assist them in progression and development
• Precious experience managing staff and overseeing activities on a civils projects
• Experience within the Water industry – ideally having worked on waste water in the past.
• Hold a UK driving license and willingness to drive
