There is an immediate opening for a professional Mortgage Lending Lock Desk/Post Closing Assistant. Mortgage industry experience required, but this is an entry level position.

Your organizational skills matched by your positivity and systematic approach make you an expert multi-tasker. Your outstanding written and verbal skills, experience with Microsoft Office and common LO software, is imperative for success in this position.

Specifics

This career position is the equivalent of playing chess. Assisting the lock desk and post close desk will support sales, profitability of the company and operations of the company. This is an important position which will provide the individual with a strong foundation for growth. You must be Proactive, have strong organization and communication skills. Supporting the lock desk with reporting, audits and shipping of files to investors are some of the many functions you will be conducting

Finally

This is NOT an entry level position.

But we require at least 2 years of RECENT experience is a requirement. Salary, bonus and benefits way beyond current market expectations and standards are on offer. (Commensurate with experience). Licensed as an originator is a definite plus. We have lofty standards and will ensure correct “fit” with the team. The rewards however, are equally as lofty? Ready for this challenge?

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour
