Recruiter – Aviation

Aircraft MRO’s (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul), Manufactures, Airlines, Operators, OEM’s, Airports, Rotary, Logistics, VIP & Business, Military & Defence Companies & Regulatory Authorities etc.

You will be given a personal Career development plan of 6-12 and 24 months, which will involve professional training qualification and 1-2-1 mentorship.

Responsibilities:

· Advertise vacancies and use social media, LinkedIn, database etc to find candidates

· Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the client

· Consistently speaking to the contractors that have been placed by you

· Discuss and possibly negotiate pay and salary rates

· Engage with contractors regularly and assist with queries from department internally

· Working towards exceeding targets relating to the number of candidates placed.

· Work closely alongside your team leader/business manager to understand the projects and requirements.

· This position will have the opportunity to travel overseas in the future to meet with clients internationally
