Ping Identity is looking for a Product Manager to lead the success of PingFederate, Ping Identity’s enterprise grade authentication authority. You will report to the Director of Product Management for Authentication, Directory and Provisioning. You will oversee all aspects of product strategy and planning activities across business segments, target industries, assigned regions, and solution roadmaps. You will have insight into all phases of the product development lifecycle. You will work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to manage the product.
You will:
Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for PingFederate.
Manage the product lifecycle from market requirements through delivery.
Maintain a multi-year product roadmap that includes milestones and prioritized deliverables.
Work with engineering, design, documentation and user acceptance testing teams to create a complete and polished product offering.
Perform market analysis, identifying industry trends, strategic needs and market competition.
Work with the Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Customer Success/Support to establish go-to-market strategy and delivery plans for successful deployments of the product to solve customers’ use cases.
You have:
Knowledge of identity and access management, identity and authentication use cases, standards and technology.
A history of managing product development lifecycles to consistently deliver high-quality releases.
Experience working with enterprise software sales teams.
Comfort in discussing product capabilities and market relevance to end-users, partners, C-suite, engineers, analysts.
The ability to gather and prioritize market data to maintain a product roadmap.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 8+ years of experience, or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 6+ years of experience.
You have an advantage if:
Expertise in identity and access management, identity and authentication use cases, standards and technology.
Expertise in new trends in identity and authentication around existing standards (OAuth), open banking and passwordless authentication.
Experience with PingFederate or other Ping Identity products.
