Pine Creek Care Center – Premier Skilled Nursing Facility in Roseville

We currently have full time PM shift (2:30pm-10:30pm) & NOC shift (10:30 pm – 6:30 am). We only have full time rotations available. Our facility runs on a 3 2 1 rotation.

Pine Creek Care Center is a 99-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility. We provide compassionate and personalized skilled care. We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence. Our team of professionals understands the importance of creating a comfortable and nurturing atmosphere, whether residents stay for short-term treatment or long-term care.

We have CNA opening on the AM shift(6:30am to 2:30pm), PM shift (2:30pm – 10:30pm) and NOC shift (10:30pm – 6:30am).

CNA Rates starting at $17

Requirements include verification of completion of a CNA program from a certified school.

CNA’s

Provide for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals. Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients’ call lights and requests; ing observations of the patient to nursing supervisor.
