Pilgrim’s Pride Ltd Hiring for HR Manager Job at Bodmin, England Full Time

The HR Manager will provide a full range of professional support and guidance covering Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Systems, Labour relations and employee engagement. Acting as an advisor to management and employees at all levels within the organisation.

As HR Manager you will be part of the Senior Leadership team on site and will play a key role in the overall development of the site strategy as a member of the SLT ensuring that HR has input into key site decisions.

This a rare and exciting opportunity at the Bodmin site and we are looking for someone who can work autonomously and is self motivated to ensure that the department and the site exceed goals and KPI’s.

You will:
Play a key role in the overall development of the site.

build, support and maintain a strong culture at site

Support and drive the development of the SLT to ensure capabilities to deliver business goals and objectives.

Manage recruitment and selection of employees at all levels of the organisation.

Provide support to all departments on resource requirements and employee relations.

Deliver on key HR KPI’s.

Support talent and succession planning.

Guide managers in effective performance management of their teams

manage the monthly payroll and oversee the weekly payroll

Who are we looking for:
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You will need to be self motivated, have a results and solution oriented personality.

You must be a team player with the ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organisation. You will be able to coach and develop others.

You must lead by example and be able to act as a change agent.

You will be qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5 and desirably be member of the CIPD.
