Be a key member of a growing team. The Accounting Manager at PIERCE will be focused on four main, day-to-day elements of our accounting/finance: accounts payable, cash receipts and accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Reporting to the Director of Administration and working closely with and under the guidance of our COO, our contracted CFO, and CPA team — This role will be responsible for all vendor invoice processing, payments, vendor statement reconciliation; customer payment cash receipts, accounts receivable reconciliations, and supporting customer billing; payroll processing including hours processing, benefits and deduction processing, payroll reconciliations; and weekly financial snapshot reporting and monthly financial reporting (with existing templates).

We are looking for a self-starter who can help improve our systems, be a key player in our accounting/finance informs our growth, and ultimately grow into a more senior position with PIERCE in the near future!

Candidates must have 3 to 5 +/- years of experience in bookkeeping, with a degree in Accounting (or similar) and/or QuickBooks experience being a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
