As the part-time Executive Administration Assistant at PicThrive, you will work directly with and support our CEO and Customer Success Manager. We think you’ll like them-they are quite the gems!
Our CEO is an adventure-seeking, impassioned, nature and dog lover, who lives and breathes life into our little Startup and is at the forefront of our Sales and Marketing. Our Customer Success Manager is a free-spirited, tenacious, arts lover, who ensures our Customer Experience is next level and that customers and guests alike walk away feeling valued.
You will help manage, support, and act as a liaison to the CEO/Customer Success Manager ensuring customer tasks and follow-ups, administration tasks, and projects are completed on time. In addition to various administrative tasks, you will work with some amazing Tour and Activity Operators from around the world- they’re simply the best customers in the world. We’re on an exciting trajectory and we want you to join the adventure!
Hours: 15 hours/week

We are looking for someone who would enjoy working at the ground floor of a Startup Technology company; helping drive our success and that of our partners. We want a self-motivated individual who wants to join a small team and have a material impact on our processes and organization as a whole.
