As a Picker, you will be responsible for selecting and gathering products for orders accurately and efficiently. You will work with various items, ensuring that everything is picked according to order specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Picking Orders**: Accurately gather items from shelves based on order details. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the right products are selected.

2. **Inventory Management**: Assist in organizing stock and maintaining the inventory system. Help keep the work area tidy and well-organized.

3. **Quality Checking**: Inspect items for any damage or defects before packing. This step ensures that customers receive high-quality products.

4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily goals and ensure smooth operations within the team.
