Due to continued growth, we are looking to update our structure and as such are looking to appoint a dedicated Pastoral and Support Coordinator for the recruitment and support of Tier 2 sponsored clinical staff within the company.

Working closely with HR Function this role main focus will be to provide pastoral support to Tier 2 sponsored clinicians during recruitment, mobilisation and retention. This role will also provide support to the Director for clinical service delivery and implementation for recruitment, compliance and inducting of Tier 2 Clinicians. The successful candidate will also act as a representative for the company to Practice Managers, surgery teams and local stakeholders where required.

Key Responsibilities:

Tier 2 Support

• Accommodation and transport on their arrival
• Corporate Induction
• BRP collection
• Reference letters for accommodation
• Bank account sourcing and reference letters
• Driving
• School reference letters
• Rotas
• A whole range of other issues – E.G. Tax queries, holidays, absences, bike policy, retention bonuses, expenses
• Monitoring of HR Compliance for Tier 2 Sponsored clinicians
• Linking with appropriate departments to notify of training, membership, appraisal expiry
• Performing spot checks on staff in clinic to ensure company standards (non clinical) are being fulfilled

HR Support

• Support in Recruitment process – invitations to interview through making offers of employment
• Perform Telephone/Face to Face Interviews as required
• Linking with appropriate departments to notify of training, membership, appraisal expiry
• Processing of HR documentation in relation to Tier 2
• Corporate Induction
• Sickness logging on Peoples Inc, identifying trends etc linking in with HR Administrator/

Other Duties

• Travelling to site locations to induct and provide pastoral support to new Tier 2 starters.
• Clinic Room Assessments/Site Suitability Assessments
