Job Details/ Description
Assistant to Accountants payable Job Duties:

• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable and opening mail.
• Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
• Verifying bank deposits/Taking deposits to bank
• Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks as directed.
• Assisting in various month end tasks as directed.

Assistant to Accountants payable Skills and Qualifications:
Data Entry; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Detail Oriented; Organized; Timely and Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills. Supporting other departments as needed.
