Key Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
- Optimize queries for better performance using indexing and execution plans
- Analyze and fix slow-performing queries
- Work with large datasets and ensure efficient data retrieval
- Support data migration and data transformation tasks
- Troubleshoot database-related issues in production
- Collaborate with DBA and application teams
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server)
- Experience in query optimization and performance tuning
- Good understanding of joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions
- Experience with stored procedures, functions, and triggers
- Understanding of database concepts like indexing, normalization, and transactions
