The newly created Talent Attraction Manager role will be critical to our ability to deliver on that. The successful role holder will be instrumental in developing & launching a refreshed & impactful employer brand. The role holder will define & deliver TA’s attraction channel strategy, develop content and measure success. They will devise and launch targeted talent attraction campaigns, introduce innovative ways to position Phoenix as the best company to work for and creatively revamp all candidate and hiring manager collateral to create the desired ‘wow’ factor.

• Promote and reinforce the behavioural shift towards tier 0 and tier 1 options in line with the People operating model to ensure people services are efficiently and consistently delivered.
• Apply knowledge, skills and experience in assessing requests and issues to make clear options and implications that enable informed decision-making within the business.
• Identify issues or areas for improvement within existing policies and practice and highlight to appropriate stakeholders for action, providing alternative options if appropriate.
• Proactively contribute to cross-functional projects as an active project member and lead smaller projects to successfully deliver change or project outcomes.
• Support the business in managing risks and ensure compliance with internal policy and external legislation/regulation in order to minimise the cost and effort that may result from errors and poor people management practice.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure all individuals involved in dealing with a situation/query have the right level of information to take action, whilst retaining the appropriate levels of confidentiality.
• No budget responsibilities.
• Typically reports to a Senior or Lead People Consultant.
• Scope of change impact normally limited to a specific part of the organisation, area or manager.
• Authority to act within the parameters of existing company policy and external legal/regulatory framework, using judgement to set out options and consequences and only providing recommendations where there is a clear company stance.
• Will refer upwards matters that are of significant complexity or are high profile or politically sensitive in nature.
• Unlikely to have any direct reports.
