Hey there, work-life balance enthusiasts! We’re Philly Marketing Labs, and we’re on a mission to find a Senior Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Manager who shares our passion for digital marketing and having a life outside of work. If you’re tired of working yourself to the bone and not having time for the things you love, listen up! This is a remote, client-facing position with a 4-day workweek, and you’ll have every Friday off to do whatever it is that floats your boat (whether that’s Netflix binges or exploring the great outdoors).

As a Google Premier Partner, we manage around $1.5 million per month in Paid Search spend and work with high-profile brands. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and manage medium to large PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Microsoft Ads across various verticals. But here’s the kicker: we’re not just looking for a PPC expert – we’re looking for someone who’s outgoing, fun, and has great communication skills (karaoke skills are a plus!). We want someone who can bring positive energy and a can-do attitude to our team, and who’s excited to collaborate with project managers, strategists, and clients on a daily basis.

Here’s a quick rundown of the responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage medium to large PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads across various verticals
• Maintain ongoing, proactive and consistent communication with team and clients on account progress, performance and problem resolution
• Optimize and on PPC campaigns in accordance with company standards and best practices
• Build and refine PPC campaigns for new clients
• Support sales team with PPC research and forecast data
• Keep on top of industry trends and tactics and contribute to the team’s collective intelligence and body of knowledge

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Google Ads Advanced Certification
• Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Outgoing, fun personality with great communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and common ing tools
• Experience with bulk editing (Ads Editor) and Keyword Planner
• Google Analytics Experience/Certification
• Ability to travel approximately 4 to 5 times per year to meet clients and team members
• Private and quiet home workspace with reliable internet and phone connections
• Comfortable working in a virtual team environment and communicative through Google Hangouts, Join.me and other virtual presence platforms
• Driven and self-motivated to maintain professional work hours and output in a work from home scenario

Pay: $55,473.00 – $62,020.00 per year
