Summary:

Assist in the development of technical data processing designs, specifications, and related items required to develop and implement business applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop information systems by designing, developing, and testing software solutions.
• Follow the full Software Development Life Cycle from requirements gathering to maintenance.
• Enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems.
• Monitor system performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to communicate project statuses and define requirements.
• Prepare portions of user manuals, system documentation, etc., related to software solutions.
• Assist in user training and software implementation.
• Identify and assess new technologies prior to implementation.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor s direction.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience with C#, MS SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• A proficient understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase.
• Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related field with 6 months of experience.
• Or a Bachelor s Degree in Business with 2-3 years of experience in a related role.
• Hands-on programming experience using relevant languages.
