Phillips Hiring for Logistics Coordinator at Colfax, NC, United States Full Time

Phillips Corporation, a global supplier of manufacturing technology products and services, is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of the delivery, offload and placement of machines. In addition, you will assist with various administrative duties, such as billing and parts order entry.

Key responsibilities include :

• Schedule and manage various machine shipments and deliveries to our customers.
• Arrange transportation, orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay. Serving as a liaison between multiple freight carriers & our customers.
• Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates to keep costs down where possible.
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
• Invoicing our customers quickly and accurately.
• Work to ensure billing is processed with optimal revenue, researching customer invoicing questions and problems with outstanding customer service.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $48,000.
