Development and Alumni Engagement (DAE) is responsible for securing philanthropic support that enables the University’s teaching, research, and global impact. About the Role
This role is at the heart of a busy team, ensuring that projects are well organised, clearly tracked, and delivered on time. You will coordinate a portfolio of philanthropy-related projects, keeping everyone aligned on priorities, progress, and next steps.
You’ll manage workflows and systems (including tools such as SharePoint), track actions from briefing meetings, and ensure that information is up to date and accessible. Acting as a central point of coordination, you’ll help colleagues understand where projects stand and what’s needed to move them forward.
In this role, your coordination and organisation will directly support the work that enables research, scholarships, and ideas to thrive.
