- Prior HR / recruiting experience or internships

- Works well in a dynamic, fast paced setting and within a team structure.
- Comfortable with technology and social media
- Self starter with a can do attitude
- Analytical thinker with ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work professionally with confidential data
