About the role

We’re looking for a high-energy, dynamic and creative Growth Marketing and Communications specialist to join our team and spearhead a broad range of B2B growth and engagement initiatives.

Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting, implementing, and honing marketing and communication strategies across all channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer journey.

The most successful candidate will bring fresh ideas to the table and have the tenacity and focus to drive both customer adoption and engagement goals.

This is a hands on role ideal for someone we a few years under their belt and looking to step up. Over time the ideal candidate may grow the team and develop into a hands on team and business manager.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution:

• Design and implement comprehensive growth, marketing and communication strategies that align with our organisational goals.
• Create and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our platforms (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, s, webinars, infographics, etc.)
• Optimise campaigns across multiple channels to ensure consistency, engagement, and positive customer experience.
• Organise and manage webinars and events that lead to growth and engagement outcomes.

Digital Marketing:

• Drive growth and engagement through detailed and well thought out customer communication journeys.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Create, manage and optimize social media ads (through Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc), email marketing campaigns, blog posts, and other digital content.
• Drive website content management, ensuring a seamless user experience and updated information.

Customer Growth & Engagement:

• Identify new opportunities to engage with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and manage customer engagement initiatives to drive growth and engagement.

Brand Management:

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing projects and channels.
• Manage PR and corporate communications to enhance the company’s image and brand recognition.

Analytics & ing:

• Work with the team to establish and maintain robust tracking and ing mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Use insights from data analytics to guide decisions and make recommendations on marketing strategy adjustments.

Non-Negotiables

• Min 3 years in a growth marketing and communications role.
• Highly creative with a proven track record of devising, managing and optimising strategies that engage, inform, and motivate customers, leading to increased growth and engagement.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation and campaign management.
• Experience in B2B marketing
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy sector.  
• Experience working in a technology and sales environment.
• Technologically savvy with experience in marketing automation systems and analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
