PharmaLogics Recruiting Hiring for Recruiting Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be assisting our clients as a knowledgeable resource dedicated to coordinating, scheduling, and managing the interview process for interviewing candidates.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients as an extension of their Talent Acquisition team
• Coordinate and schedule phone interviews, on site interviews, as well as interview debriefs and interview presentations between candidates and client employees
• Communicate with candidates throughout their interview process via email and phone to welcome them, provide interview details and conformation, and answer questions
• Create and provide interview agendas with full details including an interview panel and job titles
• Troubleshoot any day-of interview issues (including changes in the schedule, no shows and IT issues)
• Prioritize and manage many candidates at a time going through the interview process, for multiple clients
• May also assist clients with onboarding of new hires
• Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Pay: Up to $47,000.00 per year
