Phantom is a digitally-led creative agency, headquartered in London, where two things are valued above all else: curiosity and craft.
Started by four people in 2013, we’ve grown into a company 100+ people strong, with locations spanning across two hemispheres (our other studio in Auckland). Our clients choose us because of the collaboration, innovation and creativity we all bring to each project. We choose our clients because they’re brands we love to work with, who in turn inspire us to make work we love.
Always careful, never boring, we work on everything from traditional ad campaigns to developing products to designing digital road signs. If you’re somebody who enjoys a new challenge each day, Phantom is your place.
Who you are
You’re somebody who’s excited about identifying, attracting and offering talented candidates roles and contributing ideas within the agency to make Phantom an even greater place to work. You strive to understand candidates’ experience, ambitions and ethos, ensuring they’re aligned, feeling valued and excited about the opportunity ahead of them.
You love collaboration and always have a positive outlook. You take pride in the place you work and the projects you and the wider team are delivering, and are keen to show your work off to everyone.
You will have a passion for working with a diverse team and be dedicated to the agency and its team’s goals.
We have an incredible team and want to continue doing exceptional work that we’re all proud of. We need someone passionate about collaboration, people development, and our values to help us retain and grow our diverse and talented team.
Working closely with hiring managers, so you can understand how best to help them, you’ll develop recruitment and talent strategies to attract further world class talent to the team.
The following experience is essential:
This role may include other duties and responsibilities from time to time and may be subject to review and amends to reflect any changing needs of the business
Your role will report into People Operations Lead within the People Ops department. We would prefer you to be full time and permanent.
We are an equal opportunity employer and believe our environment, ideas and work can only be it’s best if our team is representative of all the incredible diversity of thought that exists in the world around us.
All Phantoms are welcomed to our team without regard to ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.
Our beautiful Farringdon home is a creative haven offering areas such as a library, event space and several tech-laden meeting rooms to work in. We invest in state of the art equipment as standard and have games consoles, 3D printers, reference books, VR equipment and art supplies for you to use as you please. We also have a mini gym with a treadmill and Peloton bike, plus showers for when you’re exercised out.
Our kitchen is kept fully stocked with snacks, drinks and great coffee. Our bar, The Haunt, never runs dry. On Fridays, everyone is invited to The Haunt to catch up over free drinks and pizza.
Personal development is really important to us and we encourage regular career progression conversations for your success at Phantom.
Keeping you happy and healthy, your Phantom package includes a range of perks and benefits for both inside and outside the studio.
Credentials are one thing, but talent is another. If you feel this role for you without meeting every requirement listed, we’d still love to hear from you.
