Phantom are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to bring their positivity, communication and passion for people development to our studio. As a member of the People Operations team, they’ll work closely with talented People specialists and Hiring Managers to attract, retain and develop our amazing team.

Your focus

Working closely with hiring managers, so you can understand how best to help them, you’ll develop recruitment and talent strategies to attract further world class talent to the team.

• Talent acquisition – identifying, attracting and offering ideal candidates roles throughout the agency. Utilising various sourcing techniques and channels (LinkedIn, networking, talent pool, referrals etc.) and keeping on top of talent movement in the market to advise strategically. Within this, we’d hope to reduce dependency on external recruiters wherever possible and become more targeted, concise and consistent in our overall recruitment experience.
• Talent planning – working with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of requirements and making sure everyone’s set up for success. Identify ambitions, gaps and requirements within their teams, having proactive discussion to get ahead of needs and strategise career paths for future roles and providing feedback throughout the process.
• Process development – Review and analyse strategy, to ensure we are achieving across quality of hire, time to hire and efficiency of recruitment process and inductions.
• Diversity, inclusion, equality – identify, listen and create initiatives that continue to help us to be an empowering, supportive and inclusive employer for all.
• Phantom culture and employer brand – be a positive ambassador for Phantom both internally and externally, communicating the Phantom brand, proposition and story. Developing ways to communicate, showcase and invigorate our internal employer brand so that its the spirit that guides an enjoyable, progressive company culture.
• Internships & up and coming talent – work towards a well structured and sought after early-career programme that attracts and supports diverse up and coming talent across the agency. Commit to continuous improvement, using creative and innovative methods for building the Phantom talent brand.
• Onboarding and offboarding – ensuring everyone joining Phantom understands our ethos, feels valued and excited about the opportunity ahead of them. Likewise, a consistent and supportive offboarding that ensures those leaving Phantom feel recognised and positive about their time with us.
• Support with training – identify areas where the team could do with training or guidance – particularly supporting our people managers to be the best possible leaders for their teams, and running sessions for groups of Phantoms in areas where you see potential for personal and professional development.
• Industry networking – build fantastic relationships with potential candidates and collaborators. There could also be an opportunity to work with future ‘partnership’ and ‘comms’ roles within the agency to identify event and thought leadership opportunities.
• Talent projects – Complete projects to improve our quality of hire, time to hire and suitability of recruitment process and inductions.
• Support People Ops – Support on exciting People projects, training and presenting. We’ll always look forward to hearing the ideas and opportunities you spot within the agency to make Phantom an even greater place to work.

Your credentials

The following experience is essential:

• 5+years experience in a similar recruitment role and with onboarding processes
• 3+ years agency experience
• An understanding of creative and digital technologies
• Proficient using recruitment techniques and channels (including social media platforms, networking events etc) to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
• Experience working with Greenhouse or similar recruitment systems
• Have excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with Candidates, Hiring Managers and Founders
• Methods for staying knowledgeable on industry happenings and trends
• Passion for working with a diverse team
• Confident leading onboarding for new hires and ensuring the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
• Demonstrated success embodying and promoting a company’s brand
• Comfortable using Google software and tools

How you’ll work

Your role will report into People Operations Lead within the People Ops department. We would prefer you to be full time and permanent.
