NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF ENROLLMENT

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As PLA’s National Director of Enrollment, you will be responsible for leading the student recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategy for all PLA campuses across our network of schools. Specifically, our National Director of Enrollment will be responsible for enrolling nearly 10k scholars across six states, managing to success a remote team of 8 to 12 Student Enrollment Coordinators, and ensuring that over 90% of our scholars are retained from year to year.

LOCATION: This is a remote role providing a blend of remote work and time in the field at school sites, training, and other events; travel may be required.

DO YOU HAVE

A Bachelor’s degree

3+ years relevant experience leading k-12 school enrollment

A demonstrated ability to meet rigorous goals, while maintaining the highest level of quality

High level of customer service skills and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

AND ARE YOU

An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Organized and able to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

Able to work from a home office with necessary equipment

Able to travel to support various events across the network
