As an educator with Phalen Leadership Academies (PLA), you are considered a guardian to our students (whom we refer to as scholars). Therefore, as one of our Middle School Teachers, you must establish an exemplary classroom culture that balances high expectations with love and support. You will also build trust and community in your classroom via clear and timely communication with both your scholars and families.

At PLA, we have created a blended-learning model that is specifically designed to raise achievement for historically underserved scholars.
