Position Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life-cycle talent acquisition : recruiting, assessing, acquiring and facilitating the processing necessary for placement in open positions throughout the company.
The facilitation of this position mandates considerable skill in interviewing techniques, comprehensive Knowledge of all functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company’s organizational structure and the capacity to adhere to organizational policy and procedure regarding federal and state laws governing employment practices.

Education and Experience
Years of Experience : 1-3 Years of direct talent acquisition experience along with continuous professional as well as personal advancement and development.
Experience / exposure to the Freight Forwarding / 3PL industry is a plus.
Working knowledge of Paycom Talent Acquisition (Applicant Tracking / Candidate Tracker) system would be preferred but is not required.
Education : Industry related degree and / or certification
