How You Will Achieve It
Responsible for development and maintenance of NH PCRU participant recruitment capabilities to conduct a broad range of studies

Creates recruitment plans for clinical trials which identify strategies for recruiting and retaining trial participants meeting protocol inclusion/exclusion criteria and diversity targets

Identifies and implements new methods for participant recruitment

Coordinates the implementation of recruitment campaigns, including design, drafting & publication of advertisements in various media

Maintains accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality of participant records

Issues participant compensation

Creates participant communications including emails, text messages, and mailings

Assists with management of participant phone calls and visits on site

Responsible for the collection and documentation of electronic and written data

Creates recruitment and educational documents for participant use as appropriate

Communicates protocol requirements to study participants and acts as participant’s primary contact throughout the study screening and admission process

Demonstrates positive attitude to the participant population to build trust in clinical research

Plans and attends community outreach events, including evaluating appropriate venues for potential target populations
-
Assists in development and maintenance of social media presence including website updates
-
Ensure clinical trials are conducted in accordance with scientific, medical, and ethical principles, within regulatory requirements/guidelines, and Pfizer CMCDs
Qualifications
Must-Have
-
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Exceptional customer service and professionalism
-
Strong computer skills including competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Teams and ability to learn a variety of computer applications
-
1-3 years previous experience in clinical research and/or patient-facing healthcare environment
Nice-to-Have
-
At least 1 year previous experience in recruitment of clinical trial participants
-
At least 1 year relevant experience in Phase 1 clinical research
-
Spanish language fluency
-
Japanese language fluency
-
Understanding of social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and other online marketing tools
-
Understanding of basic web design principles
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours and weekends depending on study needs
- Occasional travel to community recruiting events may be required
