Accounting Clerk
We are a growing company seeking to add a dependable individual to our team to provide bookkeeping and additional office support as needed. This position needs someone reliable with computer experience and strong attention to detail.

Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is preferred but we are willing to consider offering training in some areas to support growth in the position and company.

Duties will include:

• Receiving, verifying and entering invoices and purchase orders.
• Preparation of weekly payable reports for approval.
• Daily data entry of financial transactions.
• Reconciliation preparation for bank and credit card statements.
• Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to management.
• Provide accounting and clerical support to management and accountant.
• Carry out general administrative and office duties.

Requirements:

• Trustworthy calm individual with a professional demeanor.
• Strong computer skills, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work well independently and meet deadlines

We are offering competitive pay based on qualifications and experience. There is flexibility for someone that may have substantial bookkeeping experience.
