Shift: Full Time, Monday – Friday, Hybrid working

Hourly Pay Rate: $22.11 – $25.00

Yora is fast growing and expanding andwe’re now looking for a talented, passionate Logistics Coordinator who share our vision and are proactive in generating new and innovative ideas, whilst taking ownership of the brand.

The location of the role will be based at our brand-new office in Downtown Berkeley, California.

Responsibilities for the Logistics Coordinator role include:

• Customer sales and service, processing enquiries.
• Manage USA relationships with trade customers and all associated administration ensuring the best possible service.
• Stock management and administration.
• Organisation of USA & International trade shows.
• Supporting sales director activities.
• Sending samples to prospective trade customers USA/abroad.
• Managing/ordering stock of promotional materials.
• Answering calls and queries from new and existing clients.
• Processing orders and checking invoices against delivery notes.
• Liaising with warehouse regarding nationwide logistics working to tight deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills needed for the Logistics Coordinator role include:

• Excellent communicator and high level of organisation with an ability to prioritise
• Previous experience within a Sales Administration, Customer Service or a Call Centre
• Previous operations & logistics experience highly desirable
• Confident to build strong working relationships with customers
• Proficient using Excel and be ‘digital savvy’
• Some export/import knowledge would be a benefit
• Work well under pressure

Salary: $22.11 – $25.00 per hour
