The Digital Marketing/Sales Support Specialist, collaborating with cross-functional teams, will be responsible for contributing to the day-to-day tactical execution of digital marketing campaigns, ing on their performance, and optimizing to produce improved results. The Digital Marketing/Sales Support Specialist should have a solid understanding of the current digital advertising landscape as well as the ability to build data-driven campaigns to encourage prospects and partners to take action. Through lead generation campaign planning and execution experience, the Digital Marketing/Sales Support Specialist will not only support the strategic focus of the Sales team, but also bring enthusiasm and new ideas to enhance the efficiency of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Build, monitor, and optimize strategic awareness and lead generation campaigns across a variety of channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, and more.
· Monitor daily campaign performance, interpret data, provide actionable insights, and contribute to cross-team ing and KPI goals.
· Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings.
· Execute daily workload using team’s project management system; partner closely with content, design, and other marketing team members to build campaign assets.
· Work closely with Sales operations team to align digital marketing campaign delivery with operational processes.
· Stay current on industry best practices through external benchmarking and other thought leadership forums; proactively document and share best practices with the Sales team.
· Build future opportunity pipeline by understanding potential offers that fit with customer.
· Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (Microsoft Dynamics), including – scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call, and appointments.
· Prepare accurate s on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management.
· Manage monthly email campaigns using our platform.
· Manage and engage social media campaigns using our platform.
Skills and Abilities:
· A well-rounded knowledge of media planning, purchasing, and ing.
· Strong Skill Set in Digital & Internet Technologies.
· Demonstrable technical media skills (SEM, LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, and more).
· Understanding of ROI analysis and proven analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, analyze results, and make data-based recommendations.
· Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously for seamless execution.
· Demonstrable technical skills in Office 365, (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), project management/collaboration tools.
· Excellent communicator, in person and in writing.
· Have a technical or engineering background and are familiar with automation technology.
· Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives. Impressive organizational skills with strong attention-to-detail and quality control.
· Customer focus: build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
· Prior experience using CRM systems.
· Some rotating machinery experience preferred.
