We are organised into Business Delivery and Business Enabling Functions. Our Business Delivery Units constitute Engineering & Construction (E&C), Asset Solutions (previously called EPS) which includes Integrated Energy Services (IES), and our rapidly growing New Energies Services (NES). Our technical functions are currently being consolidated under an initiative called 1tec. Our Business Enabling Functions comprise: Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Communications and QHSE. We work together with our partners and contractors, to deliver our business objectives in line with our values and strategy.
This position falls within the Asset Solutions (AS) business, which comprises Asset Operations and Asset Development, and is responsible for: provision of operations support services; operations & maintenance; operations modification projects; well services; engineering consultancy; and training. AS delivers on the basis of a reimbursable model where the cost of our services is reimbursed by the client plus an agreed margin, and Cost Plus KPIs which are reimbursable with a margin linked to the successful delivery of key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in employee’s life cycle, i.e. onboarding to offboarding formalities.
Coordinate with shared services team for all data management issues.
Follow up with grievances and absence cases and ensure all documentations are in uploaded to the HR Oracle Cloud.
Assist in various HR projects such as Talent, Performance, Reward, HR Cloud improvements, etc.
Help prepare presentations to senior management on any HR related projects.
Supporting the D&I strategy and providing Diversity and Inclusion advice to a range of stakeholders.
Assist on key dashboard data ensuring accuracy and correct reporting of information.
Communicate with employees and managers in relation to HR queries, providing advice and guidance in line with employment legislation and best practice.
Build strong working relationships, through regular communications, with managers to understand and assist in meeting ongoing business requirements
Communicate with employees absent from work due to sickness, monitor absence and assist with management of return to work.
Review and creation of HR policies ensuring compliance with existing legislation.
Essential Skills:
University Graduate.
Relevant experience working in an HR environment.
Ability to work on own initiative to generate ideas
Ability to communicate and build relationships with multiple stakeholders at different levels.
Effective at using Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook to analyse, communicate and present key information from several sources.
Highly proactive and engage fully in the work
Ability to prioritise workloads
Can work to deadlines
Have excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
