Peterson Consulting Hiring for Project Engineer (Heavy Civil) – $120K Salary + Full Benefits Full Time

We are actively searching for experienced Heavy Civil Project Engineers in the Southern California region, particularly the El Centro area. This is a $150M Heavy Civil Construction Company with plans to grow to $250M annually, specializing in Mass Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Roadway Construction, and Renewable Energy Projects throughout California.

The open positions require 2+ years of Project Engineer- Field Engineer experience in a self-perform environment and knowledge of Heavy Civil and Renewable Energy construction activities.

Project Engineer- Qualifications:

· 2+ years’ experience in Heavy Civil &/or Renewable Energy Construction

· BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience

· Proven experience on projects in the $1M- $100M range from cradle to grave

· Experience in supporting self-perform forces in Heavy Civil Operations

· Experience with CPM &/or Microsoft Project scheduling, submittals, RFI’s, CCO’s, SWPPP, project costs and budgets, subcontractor management, safety, pay applications

· Knowledge of HCSS, Procore or Equivalent software

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
