Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, we are seeking a Recruitment Specialist – NSW to join our National People and Culture team on a full time basis.

About the Role:

• Drive the recruitment and selection processes across PWAH in NSW
• Coordinate Visa application process for immigration and right to work processes
• Sourcing and attract candidates with proactive sourcing strategies
• Maintain strong lines of communication with internal and external customers
• Participate in recruitment process by conducting interviews as required
• Ensure onboarding processes are completed in a timely manner, including the relevant pre-employment checks
• Coordinate on-boarding candidates to ensure a seamless experience
• Promote PWAH as an “Employer of Choice”
• Partner with people leaders on recruitment practices and skills
• Conduct weekly recruitment analysis and reporting

About You:

• A person who enjoys being busy and can keep up with our pace
• Growth mindset and strong emotional intelligence
• Minimum 3 years experience with sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices
• Demonstrated experience in volume internal recruitment processes
• Proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to travel
