Working closely within the Group People and Culture team, you will play a pivotal support role for the recruitment and business partners to deliver outcomes in the required timeframes. Your demonstrated attention to detail, time management skills and HR administration skills will provide the successful applicant of building and maintaining successful business partnerships.

About the Role*

• Assist in the Talent Attraction including onboarding and compliance protocols
• Assist in the Talent Management team in preparing works for our D.R.I.V.E program delivery
• Management of the team’s communication platform
• Monitor and assist in the application of the staff benefits program
• Assist Head of People and Culture with project initiatives

About You

• 2 years experience within a similar role
• Demonstrated experience in project and change management implementation
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to travel to various sites
