OFFICE ASSISTANT
Job Requirements:
● QuickBooks Experience a Must
● Previous Admin Work Experience
● Organization skills a must and Punctual
● Excellent Work Attendance
● Bilingual in Spanish
● Warehouse Experience (not necessary, but a plus)
Job Duties:
● Various tasks utilizing QuickBooks and other EDI vendor portals
● Filing
● Assist with other miscellaneous duties in the office
We are a toy and ball company based in Yorba Linda looking to add an individual to our office team! Various office duties, but this individual should be open to learning new things,be very organized, and help wherever needed.
Start Date: As soon as possible
