Loader Operator

The loader operator provides plant support for ready mix plant operations by completing, but not limited to, the following tasks and responsibilities.

Maintains stockpiles

• Feeds the plant with materials to support production of ready-mix concrete
• Performs periodic maintenance and minor repairs on mobile & stationary equipment
• Performs yard maintenance
• Works with team members to meet daily goals for production
• Ability to operate the equipment safely, efficiently, and effectively are essential

This loader position is designed to optimize the schedule based on production needs. The person in this position will be trained to operate the loader for many tasks at and around the plant site, the primary function of this role will be to feed material as required to the concrete plant, this position will also require someone capable of performing many different manual labor tasks when necessary.

Experience with large equipment preferred but not necessary, willing to train the right person.
