Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative’s primary duty is interacting with clients and coordinating communication between doctors, assistants, and clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Providing outstanding customer service
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Handling payments
Updating charting information
Client callbacks
Client check in and check outs
Maintain clean & sanitary work environment
Qualifications and Skills
Previous veterinary clinic experience is helpful but we will train the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $16.50 per hour
