POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTITIVE

WORK LOCATION: Applicants must live within 30-40 Miles of White Plains, NY

In-Person Training @ Company HQ White Plains, NY 10604
Once training has been completed (2-4 weeks) Employee will have flexibility to split time between remote from home and our office in White Plains, NY (Near Westchester County Airport). We are flexible and deal with each EE situation on individual basis, let’s discuss.

OVERVIEW: Participate as active member of customer service team in company call center. Field and respond to inbound customer phone calls, email and other correspondence.

SCHEDULE: 35-40 Hours Per Week, Monday-Friday 10 AM – 7PM. (Opportunity to earn O/T on select weekends if interested)

PARTIAL LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate as active member of phone queue – field inbound calls for orders and customer service questions.
• Respond to email questions and concerns from customers.
• Outbound calling to customers regarding order related issues.
• Follow-up with Company’s factory regarding status of shipments and related issues.
• Work together with customer service managers to perform a variety of daily activities associated with customer service and order processing cycle.

MISC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliability and punctuality are very important for this job!
• Excellent phone demeanor aka friendly and helpful attitude with customers.
• Good common sense and business sense – ability to smartly resolve issues favorably for both customer and the company.
• High degree of organization and ability to multi-task – follow-up and follow through on open customer issues is very important.
• Computer Skills – Basic working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and ability to learn customer service order entry system and other applications. For remote work we provide you with laptop and softphone.
• Remote workers must have high-speed internet at their home and an appropriate work environment where they can quietly take calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
