Pet Supplies Plus Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the support of tactical operations of paid digital initiatives and producing analytics to optimize our digital programs.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will:

• Assist in coordination of paid digital campaigns across the sales funnel; plan upcoming pet partner promotions and promotional calendar management; submit design and creative submissions; gain approvals by required deadlines; set up campaign goals; review ing and analytics
• Coordinate paid digital and local marketing efforts with appropriate marketing channel managers and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with third party vendors to coordinate and finalize promotion requirements, targeting, budget, timeline, creative
• Measure and analyze effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
• Create, approve and manage campaign UTMs
• Create, approve and manage campaign QR codes
• Work with the data team to upload and manage custom audiences in advertising platforms
• Act as digital marketing liaison between the corporate office, local stores and pet partners
• Work with the Ecom team on creating landing pages for upcoming sales

PAWsome Digital Marketing Specialist candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and measuring digital campaign performancw
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with the digital marketing funnel and how to employ digital marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive sales
• Experience with digital platforms: Google Analytics, Search Engine Marketing (Google Adwords), paid social (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram)
• Experience with local platforms: GMB, Yelp, Bing Places.
• Strong ing capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze paid digital campaigns
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to successfully juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
