We are a rapidly growing medical startup that partners with Oncologists and leading Precision Oncology Healthcare companies (BioPharma, Labs, CROs) across the country, to improve outcomes for patients, physicians, and our partners.

As we grow, we are looking to hire a part-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic and financial advice to our senior management team and Board of Directors (BOD).

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and demonstrated experience:

· Act as Strategic Business Partner to senior executive leadership team

· Provide insight & recommendations for both short-term and long-term growth of the company

· Identify and implement systems & software to provide critical financial information

· Communicate, engage and interact with BOD, CEO and potential Investors

· Participate in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives & operational models

· Review & analyze periodic financial results & provide recommendations

· Review & ensure application of appropriate internal controls & financial procedures

· Ensure timeliness & accuracy of financial & management reporting data for Investors & BOD

· Represent company to banks, financial partners, investors, auditors & officials

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CFA a plus

· 6+ years as CFO in a start-up environment

· 14+ years total accounting or finance experience

· Outstanding knowledge & understanding of SEC reporting requirements

· Excellent analytical, reasoning & problem-solving skills

· Significant experience working in private finance & banking

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and to balance changing priorities

· Solid analytical skills with the ability to develop creative solutions

· Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned work and across functions

With a new round of financing on the immediate horizon, we are looking for a seasoned CFO with extensive experience helping startups obtain financing, especially in the digital healthcare space, while working collaboratively with the BOD, current Investors and senior Management team.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and success. Ability to travel to the Holliston office a couple of days a week is essential.
