About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our People team and manage the first stage of the recruitment process, largely within Product and Engineering. In this newly created role, you’ll use various channels to attract and engage with potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. You will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us attract the best talent, with a focus on diverse and representative talent pools. You’ll also help with recruiting and onboarding processes and tasks within our systems. What You’ll Do:

• Attract, source and screen potential candidates through creative methods (ex: Boolean searches, social media, new job boards, etc)
• Interact with potential candidates for technical roles on social media and professional networks (ex: LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs with a focus on diverse and representative talent pools

• Measure and help us learn from our data on conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates and recruiting funnel metrics
• Drive referrals from employees and external networks
• Create new and interesting ways to help promote our employer brand, making PERSUIT a top employer
• Create and send out offer letters and manage onboarding tasks in our systems
• Policy administration and compliance tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System
• Other tasks as needed- we’re a growing company and we all enjoy wearing many hats!

You’ll Have:

• 2+ years of professional work experience
• Experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
• Effective time-management abilities while balancing multiple priorities
