We are seeking a highly organised and responsible Finance Manager to oversee and develop the financial operations of the company. Due to recent growth, we now find the need to employ a part time, qualified accountant to help allow the company to continue to grow in a structured and organised manner.

Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a similar role with success in managing and developing a busy and often unpredictable work environment.

Finance Manager Duties and Responsibilities

· Preparation of weekly reports to assist with management meetings

· Accounts Payable/Receivable – invoice processing, account statements, reconciliations

· Managing the payroll process for a small business

· Full financial reporting and preparation of BAS, super & EOFY reports

· Set budgets and inventory management

· Identify opportunities for process improvement

· Assist with month-end accounting tasks

· Assist company accountant with preparation of the annual financial statements

· Ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks for the company as required

Finance Manager Requirements and Qualifications

· Degree and CA/CPA qualified

· 1-3 years in similar role

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Xero or similar

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Solutions focused

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

Salary: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
